- Comment: I was visiting my dad who was in the hospital when the nightmare of an undetected overflowing toilet saturated the carpeted floors of three rooms. Bad, bad surprise. I had never experienced anything like this before and just started googling. I was not having much luck getting someone that could come out NOW till I found Frontier. They were actually out of our area but came out anyway and got the job done. The representative that arrived checked everything thoroughly with equipment for measuring all rooms,where the water was etc., entered it all in his computer and let me know exactly what they were going to do. A crew came out following that and implemented the plan and got the job done. Was it fun? no. But, the professionalism & certainty of the representative and crew let me know I had made the correct choice. They then waited until the insurance paid off to collect their fee. I do recommend this company
