- Comment: Great work from the team and staff. Andres Vera waited patiently for the fire department to leave and guided me throughout the whole process. He was always on top of his team to make sure his staff were held accountable to his standards. He worked with my carrier and handled 95% of the claim. Great work, great communication and great service. 5 Star Service
