A sprinkler line busted on the 3rd level of the hotel, causing water damage to all levels of the hotel. A total of 65 rooms were impacted as well as the common areas. We responded quickly, extracting the water and did the contents pack out as well. We removed impacted areas that could not be dried and rebuilt it to pre-loss condition. The hotel was able to be reopened in a record time (~4 weeks) so they did not lose as much business.
